Our Military Ministry exists to help military members and their families connect with the life of Sunrise City Church as quickly and meaningfully as possible, while recognizing the real challenges that come with service life. Whether you are here for a short season or several years, our desire is for you to be spiritually grounded, relationally connected, and supported as you follow Jesus wherever God sends you. This ministry is not about separating military families, but ensuring no one walks alone through seasons that can feel isolating.

Deployment Care is a focused ministry lane designed to walk alongside military spouses and families before, during, and after deployment. This care is built on faithful presence, prayer, and practical support—never pressure, visibility, or obligation. Participation is always opt-in and handled with dignity and confidentiality, with the goal that every deploying family has clear relational support and pastoral coverage.

Everyday Military Life focuses on helping military members and families integrate into the normal rhythms of church life—community groups, discipleship, relationships, and service—while accounting for the realities of PCS moves, TDY seasons, and changing schedules. The goal is not to create a separate lane, but to remove unnecessary barriers so connection can happen quickly and naturally. We want military families to feel known, valued, and equipped to live faithfully wherever they are sent next.
